Hans and Hitomi

Hans Seelinger and Hitomi Yasuda are active multifamily operators and the founders of UW2WIN (Underwrite 2 Win), a hands-on training platform built to develop real operators — not armchair investors. Together, they have acquired millions of dollars in multifamily real estate across hundreds of units in multiple markets and have helped hundreds of investors learn how to analyze deals, build sponsor-ready business plans, and close real properties — many of whom have gone on to close hundreds of units of their own.
